At DermaBelle, we do our utmost to ensure the quality of our products and make sure your purchases reach you in good condition. At DermaBelle, we are committed to the quality of our products. If you face any issues related to your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to provide you with a replacement and resolve your issue. Please note that we will not be able to refund postage and shipping fees unless there is a defect in the products. Also, in the case of the product being shipped and received in good condition, the return or exchange policy does not apply due to the company not guaranteeing proper storage conditions by the other party. Once the products are received, any refund amount will be settled through the used settlement provider (credit card, Tamara, or similar), and a confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address.

Defective Products

DermaBelle only accepts returns of defective products, provided they are in their original condition. DermaBelle does not accept returns of products that have been opened or tampered with unless they are defective. If you open the defective product and then return it (you will be responsible for the return shipping costs) to the company, DermaBelle will deliver it to the manufacturer for inspection. If the manufacturing company determines that the product is defective, you can choose to receive a full refund (including return shipping costs you incurred) or receive another product.

Cancellation Policy:

DermaBelle makes it easy to deliver your orders, as we send your order quickly for preparation and then ship it to you. Once your order has been shipped and received, the return and exchange policy does not apply, and canceled orders are considered "returns." Therefore, the return policy will be applied.
